If you’re benching for hypertrophy should you still arch your back? Doesn’t the smaller range of motion contradict with the hypertrophy goal?
Hey Mike, how would you recommend adding hypertrophy days whenever you only do each compound movement 1 day a week? Here’s a basic run down on what my bulk exercises will be like:
Monday – squat
Tuesday – cardio
Wednesday – bench
Thursday – cardio
Friday – deads
Saturday – volume day

When the gold is hypertrophy, i don’t like flat bench very much, I have more contraction when i do Incline bench, fly and deeps.
