Hi Everyone! Katie here ๐Ÿ™‚

In my second vlog, I talk a little bit about how I incorporate both powerlifting and bodybuilding into my training routine ๐Ÿ™‚ Hope this is helpful for some of you all!

I hope to be able to make a video more about my diet and nutrition philosophy soon – so stay tuned ๐Ÿ™‚
