Does the high bar compared to low bar make a difference in depth? I would
assume a high bar squat would be easier to perfrom ATG than the low bar. I

Personally I can´t squat ATG with lowbar squats because my back angle will
be too vertical resulting imbalance. I can however ATG Squat with the
highbar position. I don’t know if I’m built in an odd way but to me it
sounds logical for it to be that way. Thank you for your content!
hey alan, i’ve been squatting ATG with a bounce for all 6 months that i’ve
been lifting and made serious gains. however, i read a t-nation article
saying that bouncing in an ATG squat decreases muscular activity and should
not be done. now i am confused as to whether to squat just below parallel
or ATG as i can squat more ATG than just below parallel. (my build is
similar to yours, short and stocky, the perfecting squatting build)should i
just continue squatting ATG?
