The fat dude was just dropping the bar and bouncing it off his chest. Looks painful.
Tell bigboy to do more pause presses, bouncing the weight off his sternum is disgusting.
Instead of unracking the bar, then lowering it, then pressing it, lower the bar to the sternum, hold it for 3 seconds, then press as fast and as hard as you can.

I guess this is ‘powerlifting bench press’ ..not ‘COMPETITON powerlifting bench press’. haha. I dunno.
