– How he performs bent over rows to develop different parts of the back.

why do you use a barbell for the grip and not a dumbbell is it just because
    dumbbells don’t go heavy enough

This is pure gold for powerlifters. You can tell even guys like Mark who
have over two decades of experience are learning. I am sure that likely is
true because even in recent videos now and then I still see Mark and Mike
use some of what Coan covers here. That isn’t true of every person I see on
here as they always seem to have fun, but often just play with their peers
rather than this which was practically a seminar.

That grip exercise looks awesome, should that be done with back after all
of the heavy deadlifts or another day when your grip hasn’t been strained
    so much?

With the SL Deads it seems like the bar is too far away from his shins and
his lower back is rounded as fuck. Is this proper form?

Mark Chaillet used to do an assistance exercise called High Pulls. Any of
you guys ever do any of those. Mark used to have this motto, If you want
your Deads to go up, Deadlift! LOL

Who in hell disliked this video? Ed Coan is not only pound for pound the
best powerlifter of all time, but he is also a very sympathetic, humble
    fellow !

I have learned more about lifting from these guys and this series than i
have from my high school weight room and 10 yrs in a commercial gym. When i
need gear I usually buy it from them because of that. Just wan to say
thanks, you guys do a lot for the community.
