    Just look at old school Kevin Levrone, fucking guy would bench 405 for reps. Obviously he was on some juice but still ridiculous weight to rep out.

    I think that another difference between the two groups is the neurological input to the muscles. Powerlifting requires maximum motor unit recruitment, whereas the intensity of bodybuilding does not. This leads to differences in the neurological adaptations between the groups.

    well, they both involve lifting however, i would say that bodybuilding is more of an art form than a sport. for me a sport is always about the abolity of a human body or brain, bodybuilding is obviously mot about that.

    dont get me wrong here, i have mad respect for both bodybuilding and powerlifting but they are two completely different things, they just both have to do with lifting.
