so should you apply progressive overload like bodybuilding or just keep
doing the same thing?

controlled form… in ST you go explosive.
Think of plyometrics.
how about specific exercises? should you just focus on big compound
movement, or also use a few isolation exercises like in bodybuilding?
I added a lot of weight to my main lifts over a couple months with 5×5 with
progression.
is there special training for building strength

With strength training do you do multiple exercises in one day? So if I
train chest do I just like let’s say 3 exercises or movements a day or just
one? And with just compound movements?

This honestly helped so much thank you. What I have been doing is 5-10 reps
of 100 pounds. So maybe I should up the weight and make it only 3-5 reps?
Thats what I’m getting from this. I’m about 95-100 pounds myself and I’m
trying to get stronger caz I’m a small person and I want to feel safe and
confident in myself. Again thanks
