Squats are tough. Squatting 5 minutes in a row with your bodyweight on the bar hunted by world class athletes is brutal. The minimum weight is 85kg (187lbs) and has to be cleaned and pressed to your neck. The set has to be unbroken. Enjoy!

Hell yeah.
Just bring Romano in this shit.
So I ride my bike to and from university everyday. I’m in an urban area so
I “sprint cycle” from stoplight to stoplight. And I have been noticing
abnormal quad development. So much so that I stopped doing leg extensions
as an auxiliary exercise and lowered my front squat frequency, because my
quads are growing out of control. When I searched up “sprint cyclists” on
Google images I knew why this was so. Gentlemen, if you want quads like the
cyclist, throw in some sprint cycling on a stationary bike following your
normal leg or squat day.
The cyclist had a better form and heavier weight , for me he’s the winner
Cyclist don’t look like that, just because they’re on cycles, that doesn’t
mean they’re cyclist.
