A powerlifting workout 26th of march 2007 in KK-67. Highlights: Holminator 10×200 kg squat, Gilberg 8×180 kg squat without belt, Dahl 1×330 kg squat equipped and Tiller 2×270 kg squat equipped. Bonus: bench with chains, Gilberg testing squat equipped, some closegrip boardpresses and stiffleg deadlifts.

ok so to get stronger you must do low weight and a lot of reps? how should i do my bench press? i want to increase it and i max out at 200, i’m 14 so how much weight and reps should i do? please answer thanks
