I respect bodybuilders. You people have dedication. Powerlifting takes it too and takes a bit of insanity every now and then, but it isn’t as constant. Sure, you need the essential nutrition and all that.. But bodybuilders that maintain super lean bodies and keep that up for the rest of their lives.. That takes character. I still prefer being strong though.

First, I want to say both you ladies look great, I’m trying to obtain the bodybuilding sculpted look, so basically when you train for bodybuilding; you have a clean diet and do low reps with a good amount of weight? I know when I was in high school, I took a weightlifting class, and the coach said if you training for power and size, you lift heavy weights with low reps and if you want to cut, you lift light weights with more reps. Seeing as you are always in top shape, what actually works?
