Keep grinding!
Sam Rowe says
Perhaps a slingshot or something equivalent for the tendinitis? I used this and it really improved the frustrating pinching pain I had on my shoulder at the bottom of the rep
Emily Shafer says
Awesome quality! Comin back!
Frosted Fakes says
Enough is enough… complete egomaniac!! 24 days?? Correct me if I’m wrong, don’t you have a wife and child at home? Maybe you are slowly developing the recipe for divorce, alimony and child support. This guy here is focusing on a comeback in power lifting when he should be focusing on his REAL priorities in life. Good luck trying to prove something to yourself, because nobody wants to see you injure yourself more than you’ve done already. Time to hang up the belt, knee sleeves, wrist raps and other lifting accessories. You should be thankful you aren’t paralyzed.

Can anybody plse answer this question for me?
Is it ok now to do compound lifts in the same workout? I thought this caused too much stress on the CNS and prolonged recovery?
I hope it ok coz it exactly wot I wanna do!

It doesn’t look like the gym changed much since the last 90’s when I was there for a few months as a student and working out.

Don’t do the letterbox and black and white thing, it’s completely pointless. Just show the damn workouts, man. That in itself will show you’re a bad ass.

VASU SHARMA says
please share Layne how did you fixed your back pain completely. what rehab methods did you used for injury recovery.
Paul Sloan says
I suffered a bulging disc a year ago, had a couple of failed attempts at getting back into proper squat and deadlift training. after seeing your comeback and getting the back mechanic I’m allot more confident on the recovery. max squat was 465lbs before I injured it, crazy how satisfying it is to squat 200lbs pain free for working sets. Good luck hopefully both our backs hold up
