Overview of 1 week of full body training, using 531 for the main lifts. Also did some joker sets (heavy singles) for deadlift and squats after the main sets.
531 joker sets squats 1 x 123 kilo’s and 1 x 130 kilo’s
531 joker sets deadlift 1 x 151 kilo’s and 1 x 158 kilo’s
Already at my 3rd attempt goal weights for my dec 14th meet, the raw nationals under 83 kilo’s. Goal is a 130 kilo squat, 110 kilo benchpress and 160 kilo deadlift and 400 kilo total as a minimum.

aiming just for 130kg squat? your max was something like 160 I guess, some injury?

Good Compilation, good form, nice equip and homegym 2! Looking forward to do 5/3/1 big but boring myself as soon as my 5×5 across routine gets boring 🙂
