With maybe a couple of exceptions from players who clearly already knew how to squat, these are the absolute worst barbell squats I have ever seen. Any “strength coach” who OKs these squats has either bullshitted their way into the job or is a psychopath who enjoys watching injuries. The depth is nowhere near parallel and the knee tracking is bent like bananas.
