So awesome that you’re taking the time to answer these questions Ed, especially since I am pretty sure you’ve answered just about all of them before.
You are an absolute role model for beginning lifters, thanks a lot.

Ed, I know you’re busy so if you don’t have the time to answer this question that’s understandable. Anyway, I was discussing with others the point of incorporating leg pressing into a power routine. My argument is that it’s pretty useless and inferior than other accessories for the squat and deadlift, as it’s a machine that holds the weight in place and has 1/8th the R.O.M. as a squat at best. I know you recommended it for single leg presses a while ago. Do you still think it’s worth doing?

Hello Ed !! I’m a fan for long far away in Greece 🙂 🙂 May I ask you what’s your thoughts about front squats and behind t he neck press not as an auxiliary exercises but as a general strength power ? What’s the best way to get up in weight on theses two and any assistance exercises for them ?
Great thanks !!!!!!!!

I hurt much less (old nagging injuries) doing mod-high Bulgarian-style training than I ever did training 3-4 typical days a week, and have NO new injuries. Also never sore anymore, and gains are through the roof in size AND strength. Like he said for the other routines, everything works to a degree. This works great for me. Might not work at all for most people. But everything works.
Hassen Utbe says
Ed, What sort of belt do/did you use when training ?

This is great.

Leg pressing is a good assistance exercise. Do whatever makes you stronger.

We’re all spoiled these days. You can sit at home and get advice from a legend of the sport! You’d be foolish not take advantage of that! Great clip.
