2:14, no, that’s not average intelligence. Albert Einstein probably did not know that, are you telling me he wasn’t at least average in terms of intelligence?

His point about using novices for studies reminds me of what I heard Brad Schoenfeld say and that is its sort of useless to do studies on novices because after a few months they are no longer novices so whats really the point

I struggle to see how the 1rm numbers of these lifters represent ‘advanced powerlifters’ unless they fall into relatively low weight categories (205-165-245 I would not see as an advanced powerlifter unless down at about the 83kg category)
Furthermore, the confidence levels of the statistics for the given data would be interesting to see.
Looks promising though, I’m just being cautiously cynical until I see the full published study. I’m actually a high frequency trainer myself.

I am personally having a friend of mine squat, bench, and barbell row 5 days a week along with face pulls and incline curls and triceps extensions and so far he is a week into it. Already making tremendous progress and his form gets much better every day that he trains. His lifts are also going up by 5 pounds every day. I’ll post an update in the next month of his progress.
